Job Description:

Techno Czars Software is looking for highly talented individuals to join our sales team in NCR. You have to be the type of person that craves for a challenge and is unafraid to constantly push yourself outside your comfort zone. Techno Czars being a rapidly growing organization offers an excellent opportunity for ambitious, fast-paced learners to grow along with the company.

This role would require travel within NCR for sales/lead generation. It would also require visiting prospective clients in their premises and pitching our products to them.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for unique market developers. You must be able to self-start and process hundreds of prospects into sales for our various solutions. Motivation and energy are the key attributes required. In order to be successful at Techno Czars in this role you need many skills, including:

1. Being confident in positioning a new online solution to retailers
2. Demonstrating the value propositions of our products and services
3. Managing hundreds of prospects to accurately and efficiently process all opportunities
4. Executing at 110% to achieve your monthly targets

You MUST be comfortable in meeting new people and pitching a new product in order to achieve your targets. If you don't have this background you will need to convince us that you have the ability to learn these ropes quickly and bring a perspective that can easily be adapted.
